Exciting Projects and Engaging Displays: A Month of Success!

We’ve had a fantastic month working on a significant project for one of the world’s largest beverage companies, Coca Cola, and a renowned sporting organization, FIFA.

Interactive Displays at Accor and Suncorp Stadiums

Our team received a challenging scope—to build two interactive displays at Accor and Suncorp stadiums. These displays consist of four sturdy steel structures clad in ACP walls, which were expertly wrapped in high-quality vinyl branding.

Stunning Exterior Design

To enhance the visual appeal, we designed a remarkable aluminum hexagon with mesmerizing LED lighting at the entry points of the structures. Additionally, the front facade boasts an impressive 1800mm diameter Lightbox, adding an eye-catching touch to the setup.

Efficient Onsite Construction

Once we transported the entire setup to the site, we efficiently completed the on-site construction within a tight four-day window. As per the project schedule, the build will be removed in mid-August.

Federation Square Melbourne & Tumbalong Park Sydney Structures

But that’s not all! We also completed two innovative structures at Federation Square Melbourne and Tumbalong Park, Sydney. These structures serve as recycling bin rooms, promoting sustainable practices. Equipped with captivating LED neon lights, courtesy of our partners at Buzz Neons, and even including a merchandise cabinet, these structures offer guests a chance to be rewarded with exciting prizes in return for recycling a bottle.

Our scope over Christmas was to create a mobile yet permanent looking sushi train for a 4 month pop-up at the QT MELB. Working with an existing table, we designed a 4.5 metre train to sit atop, as well as matching 6 inch plates and coasters to convey the brand’s presence.

The whole kit was built in our warehouse then disassembled and shipped to Melbourne for an onsite installation. The train was wrapped in copper look vinyl and digitally printed film to pick up the subtle hints of Singleton’s colours.

The twist with this activation is that it’s not sushi travelling on this train. Chef Poh’s amazing creations of chef snacks, including fried chicken bao buns with kimchi, pandan coconut sago shots & much more. All plates have an optional Single malt whiskey cocktail to be paired alongside to complete the serve.

Here’s an example of a Coffee cart set up we customised for a drive day at Sydney Motorsport Park. The client was ofcourse Ferrari, who engaged Buzz to provide a coffee service for the day.

We teamed up with the Legends at Double Roasters to provide a premium coffee experience that kept the drivers alert and well caffeinated.

Buzz Batch were engaged to create a new asset for Fever Tree to be used at events where the container bar is too big and the carts are too small, a little bit of a 3 bears solution!

The scope was for the bar to fit in a 4x4m floor space, plenty of display shelving, full size operating bar counters, a roof structure and cover for sunny / rainy weather & lighting for night time activations.

The Green house can be used for holding masterclasses and also as a pass through bar.

The 3 modular counters allow different layouts, from serving only, to having the ability to have one-on-one discovery sessions with their valued customers.

Over the Christmas period Buzz Batch were asked to create and help design the very unique Moet & Chandon Glorifiers for a promotion.

The scope was to create a movable bottle stand that felt premium and grand, yet light and able to be transported between guests tables. We decided on using a mirror finish gold acrylic which we laser cut and hand formed to create the two tier structure. The top tier housed an LED light running off a built in battery. The bottom tier has a slide out drawer which held the promotional baubles for the guests.

The top of the structure was decorated with an array of high end spheres giving the effect of ‘effervescence’.

Buzz Batch had the privilege of helping our mates at PREPAC move into a new premises used as their office and showroom.

The partition walls were ripped out and floors polished back to full exposed concrete & sealed with a penetrating sealer. The stair case was stripped and steel painted in gloss black. A space was then created under the stairs out of a perforated steel panel which also doubled as a balustrade.

A custom melamine faced ply was used to construct the kitchen, featuring stainless one-piece bench tops, mirror splash backs and all the best accessories available including ZIP hot and chilled water, La marzocco Mini, LG single draw dishwashers and an LG induction microwave.

The top floor office received a recoat of satin black japan polyurethane, fresh white walls and the ceiling panels refinished in Black for a contrasting effect.

The end result is a super clean and funky space. if you’re looking for packaging check out Prepac and also their other company EARTHKYND for composting solutions!

Buzz was delighted to be commissioned to fit-out the One drop Spirits bar and also upgrade their ground floor draught tap wall. The spirits bar space started off as an office space which was being under utilised. The owners had a brilliant idea to create a space to host functions and also showcase their spirits from the in house distillery.

The fitout started off with commercial grade r11 vinyl flooring being laid and a full stainless steel frame for the L shaped bar. One drop decided on a beautiful rattan bar front with gloss black timber frames. The top serving bar was constructed of a mitred cararra marble with a stainless steel work bench behind.

The bar was kitted out with a beautiful brass Andale 4 tap flooded font. 2 welded in sinks, a huge insulated ice well and ample glass dishwasher trays. The back wall received a custom built steel shelf, finished in metallic gold, with timber shelving and gold glass racks.

The rest of the space got a spruce up with some heavy coats of Matt black paint, gloss black VJ panelling on the lower halves of the walls and a heap of greenery!

Heading downstairs, the tiles were removed from the back bar and replaced with a custom one piece Mirror finished gold stainless splash back and a new drip tray featuring jug rinsers and 2 shelves for bottle storage.

The rest of the space was filled out by reusing the 40 gallon drums used for the production of their beers. These were flipped upside down, sprayed in satin black and fitted with a laminate ply top!
