The 1958 Austin (ex) Sydney school bus has been converted into a full commercial kitchen serving one of Sydney’s finest burgers using the freshest produce available. They operators also own a restaurant in Wakeley, which assist with preparation of all the food for the Express truck, ensuring only the highest possible standard for their customers.
